Today, I have been busy canning green beans and cucumbers for pickles. Our neighbor gave us a mess of green beans. I have never had any fresh green beans from a garden. We will see if we like them. Given our picky eaters, I doubt it. However, we love the pickles. Can't wait for them to be ready!

This is the finished product of green beans and cucumbers. We didn't have that much to can this year because it has been so hot that the garden has burnt up. This will be it, too because we have decided to call it quits for the year. No more watering! Yay!

Guess who's home from church camp?! Haley had an awesome time and said she can't wait to go back next year. We are so glad she had a good time but I'm much happier now that she is home.
